Everything was very straightforward, I was asked to buy additional insurance by Avis for breakdown etc, so it would have been useful to understand this wasn't included in the quoted price - if it was stated it wasn't obvious. It would be useful for you or the rental companies to provide more information on how pick up and drop offs work at the specific airports. Finding the drop off place a San Francisco was not great, as the address stated and google maps puts them in slightly different places - and the attendant joked that finding the garage wasn't easy.

The JFK Airport is one of the busiest airports in the United States. It is the major airport in the state of New York and the airport of choice for people who have business in the city of New York.

The JFK Airport has eight terminals in all. Each of the terminals are self-sufficient and should be able to provide you with everything that you after landing or before departure. In case you need something from another terminal, however, you can take the AirTrain service to go from one terminal to another. This airport has foreign exchange counters, duty-free shops, ATMs, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars for the convenience of travelers. Arriving guests can also approach the Ground Transportation desk for information on getting to New York or some place else through public transport and limousine services.
